Chief Executive Officer: Peter Melki

Peter joined the Trojan Recruitment Group as Chief Financial Officer in August 2002 playing an instrumental role in developing and implementing the Group's overall strategy and corporate governance practices which has contributed to the Group's year on year success. Peter has negotiated and integrated many successful acquisitions into the Group as well as overseeing the Finance, Human Resources, Safety and IT areas.

In May 2009, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and in August 2011, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer assuming overall responsibility for the Trojan Recruitment Group.

Peter brings a wealth of experience to Trojan, having worked in various capacities for multi-national organisations in the manufacturing and services industries and several of the top six Chartered Accounting firms in Australia. He also has a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

When not at work, Peter can be found chasing after his sons Matthew and James, boating, golfing and enjoying family outings with his wife Elizabeth.
