Corporate Giving is Good
Trojan Recruitment Group had a lot of priorities during
2011 but the one that brought both great success and
great satisfaction was working with the community.
Trojan successfully partnered with Variety Children’s
Charity, a community volunteer program that supports
disadvantaged and special needs children to improve
their quality of life. The highlight of every year is the
Christmas party where children are treated to an
extravaganza of amusement rides, animal farms, stage
entertainment, party food and a multitude of activities
and presents from Santa.
Many of our employees volunteered nationally to give
back to this great cause. The quotes below by just some
of the people who took part in the program sum up
the sentiment that was generated throughout all of
our offices:
It was fabulous. It was so nice to be able to give back
and see smiles on both the kids and parents faces.
It made you feel good inside to see the smiles and get
the hugs. Will definitely be doing it next year”
Laura McIntosh, Brisbane
It was very rewarding and would love to participate
again. A valuable experience for anybody
Andrew Stack, Melbourne
Heartwarming and wonderfully uplifting. It was a good
experience to see how different people from different
areas can all work together to get something going
Pat Hurst, Sydney
I found it to be a very rewarding experience and it
made me appreciate all the things I take for granted.
Chloe Armstrong, Adelaide

"We have had
no difficulty in finding high calibre candidates in administration
services since working with Corus. We can now expand on high priority
areas, which is fantastic for the Foundation as we can now do more for
people who experience severe asthma. More >>
