Branch Manager: Ross Martin

Ross is based at our Parramatta Branch. He began his career in the recruitment industry in 2002 and joined the Trojan Recruitment Group in 2003.

Previously Ross spent 22 years working for a multinational engineering company, during which time he held many positions including: Inventory Controller, Spare Parts Manager, Materials Manager, Quality Manager and Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He was also Project Manager for Relocation and IT projects.

Ross spent four months living and working at the Swedish head office and his work also took him to Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands and England. Ross has a very strong customer service focus towards our clients and our field staffers and enjoys meeting the different challenges that arise on a daily basis.
