Damian joined Trojan as an Account Manager in February 2008
Damian had an extensive background in the insurance industry mainly with Sports & Accident and Health Insurance, he also has coached Australian Rules Football at senior and junior level and this has provided a strong background in people management.
His focus is on building strong relationships with his client’s by providing excellent service and also ensuring that the candidate’s who represent Trojan on a daily basis are committed to their task. He feels that communication with all parties is the cornerstone to success in the recruitment industry.
