Our client, based in Dandenong South has identified the opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team base immediately. Based in the warehouse, this role would suit someone looking to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Inbound Manager the Customer Service Assistant expert will be responsible for but not limited to:-

  • Providing high level customer service
  • Dealing with all service falls
  • Handling and managing customer complaints
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date database

Mandatory Requirements for the role

  • Must be computer literate; prefereably with SAP experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and problems solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Teamwork capability
  • Strong attention to detail
