Customer Support Representative required for Port Hedland operation. The role will involve providing customer support to the company's valued clients by handling all queries, following up on orders and meeting their demands for parts and services. The suitable applicant will also be required to provide support to their internal parts and servicing team where required. The suitable candidate will preferably have a mechanical background but most importantly must have proven experience in a frontline person role, a positive and friendly demeanour and intermediate computing skills. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 7am till 5pm with some Saturday shifts as required. This position is open to local applicants only as no FIFO or accommodation is available. ASAP start.
