TROJAN STARS MOVE INTO THE SPOTLIGHT

John Stegman

It’s not easy to be agile and responsive to client needs in a such a tight labour market with skill shortages abounding.

But Trojan Recruitment Group continues to go the extra mile for clients, delivering great service and never saying ‘no, it can’t be done.’ Here’s one great example:

“One Monday afternoon I received a call from Redsuit Advertising,” says John Stegman of Brisbane South Trojan Workforce. “They had a challenge for us – 20 computer operators to start the next morning on a complex data verification and correction process for a major Queensland Government water-usage program.”

Redsuit Advertising had never previously worked with Trojan Workforce or Corus People Solutions, and made contact through a personal recommendation.

“Over the next three weeks, Trojan supplied more than 100 staff for three different shifts, working up to 24 hours a day. John personally visited our data verification site on a regular basis to check with our supervisors and confirm staffing levels and shift continuity,” says Mal Wilcock, Redsuit Advertising General Manager.

“John was amazingly responsive to our necessarily demanding requests at literally no notice. I could call at 4pm asking for 20 computer operators the next day at 8am, and John’s attitude was always positive and reassuring. Throughout this difficult and challenging assignment, Trojan somehow managed to deliver on time, every time,” Mal says.

Michael Cherry, Trojan Recruitment Group, says, “This is another example that shows how we have been living up to our name, with staff literally working like Trojans to fulfil client needs, place excellent candidates in positions and grow our business!”

To celebrate such successes, Trojan is recognising star performers with the inaugural Above and Beyond Awards.

“These national awards recognise outstanding employees who have dedicated their abundant talent and skills to the Trojan Recruitment Group in the past financial year. I am delighted with the response from our staff, with 38 nominations across six categories.”
