The MD Award Winner: Living Trojan Values – Tracey Burton, Adelaide
Tracey is the staff member who best lived Trojan’s values, including excellence in customer and candidate care with positive feedback and delivering beyond the call of duty.
Rookie of the Year – Lillian Tea, Western Sydney
New to Trojan Recruitment Group, Lillian delivers beyond the call of duty and shows initiative and spirit; energy and enthusiasm; outstanding results; and demonstration of TRG’s values.
Trojan Consultant of the Year – Vivienne Duffett, Adelaide
Vivienne is an outstanding performer in all facets of her role, including: induction; recruitment; placement; candidate care and retention; team work; accuracy and time management.
Corus Consultant of the Year – Helen Wearing-Smith, Adelaide
Helen is the Corus consultant with the highest gross margin versus budget.
Salesperson of the Year – John Stegman, Brisbane South
John is the consultant with the highest gross margin improvement.
Team of the Year– Queensland branch – Brisbane South, Brisbane and Toowoomba offices
The Queensland team had the most improved performance, measured by: contribution to budget; sales and profit improvement; and successful implementation of a significant project with positive outcomes.
