Our client a renowned regional council is seeking the services of a suiably experience Facilities Maintenance Officer to take a lead role in the day to day management of Council's facilities and facilities staff, ensuring all facilities in the Isaac Region are managed and maintained in accordance with Legislation, Best Practice, Australian Standards and in a cost effective and responsible manner.
" Experience and qualifications within the building and construction industry preferred. Significant experience in the management of project works.
" Sound ability to communicate and supervise sub-contractors and staff.
" Experience in the day-to-day management of property and facilities, including demonstrated knowledge in the development and maintenance of cyclic maintenance registers, running schedules and auditing systems.
" Demonstrated financial management skills, including the ability to complete invoicing and account management services, and maintain property in line with budgetary
